The academy has over 2800 square feet of space with one of the largest mat spaces in the country. In addition, there are spacious changing rooms, a television room, and office space.

Directions from Los Angeles

Take the 405 S to the 5 South. Exit off of Lake Forest Drive. At the end of the exit, take a left (you will be going over the 5 heading east). Go past the the 2nd light ( Aspen Street) and make a left at the Canada Business Center entrance. Drive down and look to the left. We are located at 22661 (you will see the numbers on the building). We are the address on the right hand side at the very end of the drive - #209. You will see the sign for Orange County School of Self Defense on the window.

Directions from San Diego

Take the 5 North and exit off of Lake Forest Drive. At the end of the exit, take a right heading east. Go to the 2nd light ( Aspen Street) and make a left. Go to the next street ( Lambert Street) and make a right. From there, look at the letters on the buildings (it is an industrial park) and make the first right. We are located at 22661 (you will see the numbers on the building). We are the address on the right hand side at the very end of the drive - #209. You will see the sign for Orange County School of Self Defense on the window.
