- Adult Program - Our adult program was designed to give you a great workout with practical self-defense instruction. Our programs will also help you relieve stress (from the job), get you in better shape, and make you feel better about yourself.
Our adult program was specifically designed to give you a great workout, excellent self-defense instruction, and stress relief. During these times, you have to provide yourself with the best possible insurance against criminal acitivites. why take the chance against a potential catasphoric event?

Your child will learn great self -defense, get fit, and learn personal development along the way. The Orange County Jiu Jitsu and MMA instructors are here to help your child attain better self-esteem, through our martial arts program. Kids will benefit from the realistic application of our martial arts, and learn to use the skills in a gentle manner. We will teach your child to use the skills in a non-violent manner; by showing them that controlling the opponent is more effective than hitting or kicking them.

- Children's Program - Our childrens program is a unique approach to protecting your chld from bullies and potential confrontations. We are the only academy to offer MMA training for children mixed with Jiu Jitsu training. There is not a more effective approach to protecting child and boosting his/her confidence.
Your child will get physically fit and learn great self-defense skills. Orange County Jiu Jitsu and MMA is a place to exercise your children, but not to the point of exhaustion. We want your child to expel the stress of school and gain relaxation. This will help your child to listen better, and concentrate on their homework. You child will learn our Grappling program which combines striking, kicking, and grappling techniques. We will also teach your child world class jiu jitsu taught by our world champion competitors. Your child will also learn from the California Pankration Association which is based at the academy. This program was made for a child between the ages of 5-15 years. Your child will learn a mixed martial arts program that is unique and used in tournaments throughout California.

We have an excellent Adult and Children Programs. The Adult Program has the most diverse program anywhere. You will learn four (4) different types of martial arts. The Children Program is known for its hands-on approach.
