- Brazilian Jiu Jitsu A Japanese martial art that was modified by the Brazilians in the mid 1900's. Today, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has spread throughout the world, with some of the top competitors coming from the United States. You will learn the fundamentals of ground fighting (where most fights end up anyway), and learn to apply control and submission. The Orange County Jiu Jitsu instructors will teach you the concept of leverage, and how to apply it to larger opponents with ease and with safety
- MMA - (Known as the UFC style of fighting, MMA gained popularity in the United States with such fighters as Ken Shamrock, Chuck Liddell, and Royce Gracie. The style derives its name from the "mixed" styles of Muay Thai and No-Gi Jiu Jitsu. At Orange County Martial Arts, you will learn all of these styles from our winning professional fighters. The instructors will supervise your training and make it safe and effective.

In addition, we have the California Pankration program that is especially designed for kids between 5-15 years of age.
